2. Residents who check in after 5 January 2007 should code their cards upon check-in to the Hall. Please note that check in should be during office hours (8.30am to 6.00pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 5.30pm on Friday). For those who are unable to check in during office hours due to valid reason/s (eg late flight arrival), please inform the Hall Office by writing in or emailing sshbv@nus.edu.sg to make alternative arrangements for your check-in.
